Rated 5 out of 5 by from FINALLY!! ok here are my general criteria for a good road shoe (for me) 1. 4mm drop or less 2. 30+mm stack height 3. stable forefoot 4. well-bodied tongue 5. not-too-heavily-rockered ride 6. not-minimal upper 7. comfort 8. fits a narrow foot reasonably well 9. feels fast this shoe does it. I've been 13 months in pain on the road and now with these, pain free. Companies update shoes as it drives innovation and sales. duh. But sometimes the update does not work for an individual. If you are like me you have been having difficulty finding a shoe encourage you to try this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable shoe that doesn't excell at anything I was looking for a new easy day shoe that I could use for more uptempo efforts, and thought the Endorphin Shift might fit the bill. I was hoping for something like the Ride ISO 2s, but with a lower drop. After taking them out for a few runs, they're very different than I was expecting. The midsole almost feels like balsa wood. Much firmer than expected, but it also has a noticeable shock dampening effect. Turnover feels decent, but they're not the lightest daily trainers either. They protect the feet well without feeling clunky, and they can be used for everything from easy to moderate speeds. But they're not my favorite shoes, and I'm not sure I'll reach for them all that often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More Versatile and Faster Than Expected The Shift has more thick protection than any shoe in which I've run. It's not a "soft" shoe, however, and that's a really good thing. The rocker midsole absorbs impact but doesn't rob my stride of forward momentum (like other higher-stack daily trainers). The proof shows up on . GPS paces don't like. An easy run in the Shift is more gentle and faster than some other non maxed out trainers I use. I took the first pair to 500 miles and bought a second. My rotation is to run the Endorphin Shift three times a week and the Endorphin Speed twice a week. It's a great setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shoes I have run a few times with the Shift and they are great. They are very comfortable, every step is a pleasure and the you feel that "roll" tech they have that propels you. They hug your feet pretty well. They lock your foot really well. The only thing that concerns me is if I take them for longer runs. The toe box is comfortable for 8 miles ( that is longest I have gone so far), but I think when your feet start to swell I'm not sure how they are going to respond. I will review that when I have further info. I think overall is a fantastic shoe. For easy day, daily training, recovery and you can also speed up a bit comfortably. The Endorphin Shift is one of the best road shoes in the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Shift and Speed I've been a life long Saucony fan. Must say when Hoka came around I went for the cushioning. Enter the Endorphin Line.. all I have to say is Thank You Saucony for Taking your time and getting it right! I love the Shift for my everyday runs, so comfy and the speed roll still keeps my pace up, and then I add the speed into the mix and holy cow, bring not only the speed, but most importantly the comfort. Every stride with both shoes just unbelievable. Thank you again Saucony I've found my love again not only with Saucony but running in general. I look forward to lacing up everyday, and can't wait to do a non-virtual half and full marathon with crowds again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO FATIGUE Just ordered and received these 8/31/21 and I am not an avid runner. However, I do walk a few miles a day for work and these have significantly reduced heel strain, calf pain, and and most other forms of fatigue from being on your feet for an extended time. The speedroll makes walking and running feel like your legs are moving on their own without any stress or input. My feet have remained cool and dry. Cut 100% true to size. My toe is literally at the tip. Slightly narrow at the top near the ball of my foot. No visible irritation but I do feel the snugness after a few hours. Overall an excellent shoe. If you want to enjoy walking/running, this is a definite pick

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long term comfort Most cushiony shoe I’ve ever worn, without being overly soft. Not crazy about the 4mm heel to toe rise, wow, these shoes are comfortable. I alternate between the Endorphin Shift for distance and recovery, and the Endorphin Speed for pace and intervals. Great combo. Averaging 40 miles per week lately. Just bought another set for when I hit 400-500 miles. Added Endorphin Pro for Half-Marathon this winter, and 10k and a couple 5k this spring. Great Job Saucony !!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy runner weight lifter Saucony, I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this shoe. I enjoyed the bondi from hoka for the meta rocker, but my ankles didn't like hight because the shoe wasn't that stable. Then I developed tendonitis in my hip flexors from their weight. The infinity react is great for its lighter weight and shock absorption but I find that after longer runs its a little too squishy. The stack hight, the fit, the stability!? How could my highest stack running shoe be the most stable?? I'm a neutral and mid to for-foot striker. I actually don't need stability. I actually have low stack shoes in my rotation, but when I whip out the high stack shoes my body knows we're putting in a long day. The toe off is like butter and I love that my heel doesn't sink way down into the shoe. The heel clip has a bad rep from online reviewers but to me it's a masterpiece. It really makes you feel one with the midsole. It's hard to have a max cushion shoe with such great athletics too! What a wonderful shoe. Thank you for this one!
