Eye-opening comfort: Newly formulated PWRRUN foam packs in more responsiveness with a softer feel than most other EVA formulations, so it delivers a livelier sensation than what stability-seeking runners are accustomed to
Flawless stability: The tonal medial TPU guidance frame and 3D-engineered fascia in the upper both help deliver 360 degrees of stability while disappearing into the design of the shoe for a clean overall look
Distraction-free fit: FORMFIT addresses the collective constructions that help our shoes wrap and fit around your entire foot, and the Guide 14 has been streamlined to achieve more comfort with less bulk. Runners will primarily notice this in the enhanced heel fit and a generally lighter feel on foot

My favorite Saucony’s …and only size 16s availableI wear a size 15 dress shoe and generally size 16 running shoe. I can get away with a size 15 running shoe in most cases but not all.
With this the only 16 in Sauconys lineup …. It was a no brainer. I’ve since bought 3 other models in size 15 and 2 of them fit ok. I digress - though my point being these are the favorite of the 4 models I purchased.
Really like the sizing on these and the width. Comfort is top notch and I really like the memory foam type laces. Comfortable for 10-15 mile runs and I like the style. Soles are holding up well and I’m a 6’7 265lb runner …. So sole life is tough on my shoes!
Absolutely love these - they’re my go to Saucony’s.

Let the overpronator ride beginIt took me about 50 km for this shoe to soften up a bit, at the beginning I found it way too stiff. I'm not used to the medial post (it is not very noticeable, though) and the 8mm drop felt more intrusive than I thought. But I kept running on it and I'm gradually adjusting to the shoe, or the other way round, I don't know. At the end of the run my feet and ankles are now less aching. My only regret is that my retailer didn't have the wide size, with the regular I'm experiencing some trouble at the edge of the feet, hope this is going away too. Very good shoe and I'm keen to rate it excellent if the feel keeps improving!

Tech is great, ride is great, colors need work.I am a Guide loyalist- and I firmly believe they nailed this shoe. It is leaps and bounds better than last year’s model. I’m not sure why last year’s felt off... perhaps it was just a little firm and felt very snug and clunky. This shoe- fast and light for a stability shoe!!! Can’t stress it enough. Very solid shoe. I just wish Saucony would move some of the design guys and gals from the other shoes to the Guide line. The colors this year are disappointing and honestly almost made me buy a competitor’s shoe. Color and fashion aren’t everything but I like to feel good and look good when I run!

the heels are disastrousThese are beautiful shoes, and indeed they do provide support for my fallen arch. However, they pinch my heels. The very first time I tried them on, the back caved down into the left shoe so that it chafes my ankle. I have tried repeatedly to make it pop out and up again -- to no avail. Two months or so later, this happened with the heel on the right shoe. Sizing otherwise fits, and Guide 14 is wearable, but fewer than 3 months into owning them the overall picture is very unsatisfactory. Maybe the heel caving would matter less IF there was a loop on the back to help ease on/off. But there isn't. Simply getting into them amounts to a struggle.

Perfect shoe.I have a collapsed arch on my left foot, and mildly over pronate. I tried on several shoes. The Brooks adrenaline, Hoka, etc. These were the shoes that felt absolutely perfect on my feet. Second run in them I didn’t see a pothole coming. I rolled my ankle...which is usually a one or two month injury for me. The shoes held nice and tight... limited the amount of weight I had coming down on the ankle. Never swelled up much, was able to walk 3 miles the next day and I’ll be running in a week.
Aside from this, the shoes feel so light and springy for a stability shoe. The cushioning is perfect. Every company has their new gimmick to sell... but I can tell you this shoe is perfection for my needs...and it is the only one at the store that could correct my striking effectively.

Both soft and responsiveMy first run in the shoe was 5 miles at an easy pace with 4 X 1 minute strides at the end. My first impressions of the shoe was an soft feeling upon landing on the heel, a smooth transition to the forefoot and a surprisingly responsive feeling during toe off. The TPU guidance frame did not feel obtrusive at all. I was pleased with how light they felt on my feet. I'll put them in the rotation for long interval and tempo days. Great update. I didn't run in the 13's but did run in the previous 3 Guide models.

Great UpdatesMy local running store put me in these after I tried some different stability models from other brands. I was hesitant because in the past Saucony shoes have been tough for me because the heel counter didn't give me a good lockdown. They've updated the heel counter of the Guide 14 to give it a more sculpted view and less intrusive on your achilles and that did the trick. These have been the nicest stability shoes I've run in, the upper feels plush and 8 mm drop helps me feel faster because all other stability shoes I've tried were 12 mm drop.

Great running shoeI’ve always been impressed with Saucony but for me the Ride 14 moved it to a new level. These are without doubt the best running shoes I have worn. I am a mature runner, OK old, with corresponding knee and ankle issues the Ride 14 has really helped and made me remember why I love running.
