They’re Back!I’ve worn the Saucony Guide for over 10 years, with the Guide 10 being my favorite. The Guide ISO models were truly disappointing and I ended up with a stress fracture in my foot as a result of the poor design changes. But I’m happy to say that I just ordered my second pair of the 13’s and am very happy with the new style which is very much like the 10s. My only complaint is that my first pair of 13s didn’t last as long as my 10s did. I’ve put around 300 miles on these and I can tell they have lost some support and need to be replaced. My 10s lasted over 400 miles with no problem. But overall I’m very happy with the fit/style/support and will be buying another pair soon!

Not true size, uncomfortable for wide feetI think I will be looking for a different brand. So far had 4 Saucony sneakers and each has a different fit even though I keep searching for the same. 2 of them I fell in love with the other 2 can't wait to get my slippers on. I always order wide and search out a wide toe box but have to say the description of these is not true to size. My feet ache horribly at the end of the day. I wear these all day at work in addition to working out with them daily. It seems the heel gets pushed too far up so the very high arch is under my heal and the mid foot is too narrow. Even in the wide. Terribly unhappy with these and very upset since I can't return or exchange.

Average running shoeI've run in Saucony shoes for years. I've used the Ride series, the Guide series, and I tried Hurricane once because I'm very flatfooted, but it wasn't helpful.
This shoe was disappointing compared to other versions of the Guide: it's not as cushiony, feels thinner all around, the laces are WAYYYY too short (I appreciate getting rid of the long versions, since they potentially are a hazard but these laces are difficult to double-knot).
But my legs/feet are holding up so as long as the shoes don't injure my body (which *has* happened with a popular different brand), that's a good sign. And they seem more lightweight than earlier versions.

You are destroying a perfectly good shoe.I have used your Saucony running shoes for 35 years including many marathons. I always used marathon womens (a am mrs Mancilla) . I loved them. This shoes is terrible, the toe box is too loose and does not have the support the old model had ( ISO series, marathon ) I do not know why you change a perfectly good shoe into this. You did a change like this to marathon model many years ago, I stoped buying from you but then you changed it again into similar form as the old one and I was happy.
Now I have to find another shoe and I am considering going to a new company. Please bring back ISO Series 2 !!!!!

Solid support and comfortI'm a former marathoner (20 yrs ago) but still trying to run despite challenges from long term injuries. I've worn Saucony since my first marathon in the 90's; the last decade mostly the Omni, Hurricane and Guide. Although my last Guides started to get holes in the back after a year of few miles, the fit was so good I gambled on these. So far I can't really judge on the quality; with my few miles they should last longer (I hope). But my injured knee is loving the cushioned support from this updated Guide and allowing me to put in the few miles I can manage now. Whatever was done to this model, I approve, just keep it this way!

Comfort Stability and Style!I love the Guide 13! Running and I have a very on again off again relationship. The last time I bought running shoes, I bought the Guide 2, if that says anything. I decided to rekindle my relationship with running once I saw the Mutant colors. I am so glad that I did!
These shoes are extremely comfortable! There is a perfect amount of cushioning provided. These shoes also help provide me with stability while running. I was so happy with these shoes that I purchased a second pair of the same color.
Running and I may just work out this time, especially if Saucony continues to make high quality shoes in funky and fun colors!

tight and shortI am a true 9.5 in all Saucony - I was excited to move into a more stable shoe and thought the Women's guide 13 would be a great place to start.
I have worn them now for two long walks (to break in) and today, for sprints.
After the first time out I came back and immediate loosened the laces - there was a lot of pressure on the top of my foot and the big toe.
The second walk it was still noticeable.
With doing sprints today by the end of the run my poor toesies felt cramped and a bit numb.
I am stymied by the huge difference in fit. I'm undecided on continuing to wear these and discouraged because now I am unsure when I order my next pair what size to get?/

Guide 13's are great, don't mess with a good thingThe Guide 13 are the most comfortable running shoes I've ever had. I've been injury free since using them. I read some bad review of the Guide 14, which sounds like a complete re-do of the shoe. WHY? why mess with something that works? I've stocked up on 13's to last a year or two. Hope I don't have to start from scratch for my next shoe
