The Scarpa Stix Climbing Shoe is a climbing slipper for the toughest, steepest climbs. The microsuede upper is soft against the foot with a Reinforced Elastic Band to allow for quick entry into the shoe. An X-tension rand that cradles the foot for power through the toes. The heel pocket is narrow, securing the foot and providing better hooking. The Vibram XS Grip 2 rubber is nice and sticky for edging your way to the top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite shoe out there [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im on my 6th pair of Stix and I love them, my friends love them, everyone loves them! They are light, (enough so that you can actually notice), comfortable, and have a better heel than the booster s, Furia and maybe even better than the instincts... They are about the same stiffness as the instincts and feel stiffer than the booster s. They run true to Scarpa size. My only complaint is that blue and orange don't mix, people might think Im a donkeys fan or something.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific Slipper I bought this shoe for training in the gym after climbing in Testarrosas for years (got tired of dealing with laces), and was really blown away by how much I enjoyed climbing in them. They definitely took some breaking in, but sizing tight in the beginning pays off after the break in period, and they ended up being very comfortable. I'm also a bigger climber (6'4", 215lbs) and although they were sensitive by my standards, I never felt like super tiny edges were digging into my toes while climbing. The only weakness I found was when slab climbing, but that isn't really what these shoes were meant for. Anything vertical or overhung was terrific. In the end, the shoes I bought just to get me through training in the gym ended up going on most of my outdoor trips as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite shoe [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far my favorite shoe. I mostly sport climb in rifle though it does equally well on pockets in Margalef or Sinks. Its comfortable and very very light, and although its a slipper it has one of the better heels ive found. The rand system causes it to be fairly stiff through the middle and the toe is also fairly stiff, on par with the instincts. Its runs similar in size to other scarpas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Shoe - Highly recommended Craftsmanship and styling are top notch. The fit and feel are extraordinary. After a short break in period I have used these for bouldering as well as endurance sport routes and they performed awesome. I sized down one size from my scarpa instinct lace-ups.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Snug fit I bought that shoes thinking my toes can handle angle they were put on. Unfortunately my feet wouldn't take that as a yes. Surprisingly comftortable except toes. Love the fact how easy it is to put them on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite shoe ever I just bought my second pair of these shoes. They are responsive, strong, and fit my feet great. They edge and heel really nicely, there is no better shoe for me in the boulder field.
