Rated 5 out of 5 by from Im In Love The second I lay on this mattress I knew it was the right choice. Sure you can go lighter, more compact or cheaper but why would you? The importance of having a good nights sleep is real. Good sleep = rested body, mental clarity and you enjoy your adventure SOOOOO much more. Poor nights sleep = grumpy, fatigued, brain stall. Its a no brainer. So what if you have to carry a few more grams. The only downside I see is that my partner keeps wanting to steal it. LOL. And the fact that its 4 season is another win. I am interested in seeing how long it lasts. Will keep you posted.

I’ve never slept well on my thin, blow-up mat and have always been cold on cool nights even with a really warm sleeping bag. This mat is super comfortable and made a big difference in keeping me toasty warm on our last trip. The material on the sleeping surface is also soft and comfortable, unlike my previous plastic-feeling mat that I slid around on and off of. I didn’t feel my hips hitting the ground either. So far I’m very happy with my purchase!

I also have back problems and sleeping on the ground tends to be incredibly uncomfortable. For a little extra weight and space it take sup, the comfort is well worth it! I also tend to lay on it on my floor to help with back problems when not out camping or backpacking. If you are looking for a little luxury on the trail, this is the sleeping mat for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this sleeping mat last month and I couldn't be happier with it's quality and comfort! I used it on a 4-day backpacking trip recently. It was light and compact enough to fit my pack, and--oh boy--sooo comfy at night! I have back problems, so had been searching for a mat that allowed me to rest comfortably at night, while also not adding too much weight to my pack. This one did the trick. I won't use anything else now!

It is more comfortable than my current cushion sleeping pad, and it's shaped better (instead of a rectangle) so my arms or knees (side/3/4 side sleeper) stay on the pad and don't get cold at night. I used this in 20° weather, and along with my sleeping bag, I was warm and comfortable all night. Highly recommend.

But not to discount the quality of this mat, it is really high quality and very comfortable in any sleeping position. Super easy to set up though takes a bit of practice to fold small enough to put back in the sack.

I had also recommended it to friends and theirs were also leaking. Once we contacted S2S they replaced all of our pads with new ones due to a known manufacturing problem. Great product, and great service.

It has finally happened the little extra bulk is worth it. This mat helped me sleep through the night, kept me warm and insulated and is very quiet compared to a lot of other mats.
