Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Autumn-Winter-Spring Commute in Seattle? Get this jacket! With my previous jacket more than 8 years old, it was time for an upgrade. I chose the green, and *LOVE* the colour. It really pops on those dreary mornings. I'm 6'2 with long limbs and bought size Large. The sleeves are plenty long enough, which I often find isn't the case. Technology has apparently improved in leaps and bounds, and Showers Pass appears to have unlocked the secret, because I stayed dry (from rain and sweat). The material is not heavy, so does flap a bit at speed, but I don't commute too fast, and tightening the velcro on the cuffs stops that. Really really satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the venting options and the large pockets As a Ranger for The Dyrt, I get products to test and review in the field. This time, I tested the Showers Pass Double Century RTX Cycling Jacket. I took it for a weekend bikepacking trip. I rode for about 3 hours in the rain and this jacket was perfect. Multiple venting options: When I wore this on the trip, the temperature was around 45 F and I only wore a lightweight jersey under the jacket and closed all vents. I'm thinking it'll be good to around 75 F with vents opened. Chest pocket with audio port: Can fit any regular sized smartphone. Rear pocket: Huge pocket. I could fit a 26 Oz Bottle with some room to spare next to it. I am very happy with the jacket and would recommend it for cyclists.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can't get good fit for tall and skinny. Skinny 6'2" guy. I first mail-ordered the medium. Arms were too short for riding with the arms forward. So I ended up sending it back in for a large. I settled for the large, but the more I ride, the more I regret that fit is so loose and baggy. My perception is that the loose fit traps more air and gets more humid inside. Also, the vents are in a strange spot, and I think would do a lot better to reach up through the armpit, instead of just the sides. Really wish I could alter it, because otherwise it seams like a great jacket.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superb cycling rain jacket Bought this a month ago and today was my first wet ride. Not a downpour but light drizzle on most of my 45 mile ride. I have to say the fit is perfect. I’m 5-7 average build and a medium fits so so good. Love the pit zips as I wasn’t wet on the inside. Water beaded ... all in all very happy. I bought the white as I feel it’s great for high visibility ... I should give it 5 stars but since I’ve only used it once I will refrain [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Men's Double Century RTX Cycling Jacket -Update I wanted to update everyone on my jacket. I rode for approximately six hours in the rain with this jacket. It was amazing! Everyone in our group who purchased it also thought it was amazing. It rolls up easily and fitted in my jersey pocket. It kept me dry. The vents prevented us from overheating. We did perspire but were otherwise warm and dry. Definitely a great buy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fabulous Jacket This is an amazing jacket overall. I've never had any problems with its waterproofness. It also retains warmth very well in rainy conditions. One improvement that could be made upon the current jacket is that the engineers could make the inner layer of the fabric not cling to the skin - it gets annoying when your skin is wet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Double Century RTX Cycle Jacket I have given the jacket a work out over a few days cycling in Scotland with some heavy showers. It functioned well and kept me dry. Its light, easily stowable and well made with useful zippered air vents at the side and I love the colour ( green ). I think I will order the hood for the more persistant Scottish rain.
