Product Reviews
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surpasses the hype. I want a second one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say? This innovative base layer lives up to the hype. It has kept me warmer than I expected but also releases my excess heat remarkably well. It's high breathability actually helps keep you warmer as you don't ever really get sweaty, then wet, then cold. It's sizing is right on the money, great comfort and stretch. You never want to take it off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really nice fitting and warm but very poor durability I had high expectations for this base layer. It is a much nicer fit than the typical 250 base layer, lighter and just as warm, but after 3 days of snowboarding it's piling and loose threads are coming out all over (haven't even tried washing yet). Same issue with the tights. It's really a shame because I would replace all my 250 base layers with these if they were at least half as durable. I've had my 250 tops and bottoms for 5+ years and they still look excellent and barely worn after many seasons of snowboarding and running in cold weather. Very disappointed. Honestly, I'm not completely surprised about the durability because I've tried other brands that try to mix wool and synthetic and I've found the same issue - amazing fit but poor durability.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a true to size Fit it to large. All of my other thermals are medium and these fit like a large.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is extremely warm and comfortable. I use it for running, and it has kept me comfortable on 20 degree runs all on its own. It wicks sweat pretty well, but I am sweating a bit more than expected when wearing it. I should probably invest in a lighter version as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best base layer I've ever owned! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shirt is super high quality and feels so wonderful on my skin, plus it makes me look like a superhero. Worth every cent and more. Smartwool is the highest quality brand around. I can't wait to own more of these shirts, in every color!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong improvement over previous baselayers [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as my primary base layer while snowboarding. I'm fairly tall so I'm glad it's long enough in the torso and the arms. It breathes better than some of the other Smartwool baselayers I've used as well. Very happy with this

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this base layer but it runs way to big. I'm a Medium in everything and this just runs way to large. The arms are long and at times I feel like I'm swimming in it. Definitely not true to size
