Product Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great jacket! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket! It's that super light wind layer that you need to carry in your pack when hiking, or wear in cool weather running (or biking). I was surprised by the upper back which has no nylon, just thing wool, similar to under the arms, for ventilation. I guess that's fine, as it's really not waterproof, but rain does bead up a little (for now). LOVE the pockets - 2 outside, 2 inside. This beats a main outdoor competitor who sells really expensive thin pieces of nylon. I'm 5'7", 140 and a medium and the arms are long enough, yay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All Pros no Cons I am buying a 2nd, although I am still using the one I bought five years ago. It's gone on international trips, runs, hikes and walks. The convenience of this packable jacket is amazing. It fits in a small space, but is handy when the weather turns. I appreciated it in Yorkshire, Scotland and Mazatlan too. I recently loaned mine to a friend during a windy pulmonia ride through Mazatlan at night and she couldn't believe how warm it kept her under her light jean jacket. I decided to get her one too because she is always feeling cold.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from By George, I think you'll like it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this jacket. The material is lightweight but not flimsy and keeps me warm during late winter runs. On windy days, a hat, this jacket and some lightweight gloves are perfect for a run (um, ok, a jog...but I'm trying, people!). There are four roomy pockets--two outside with zippers and two "open" pockets. The soft wool under the armpit area really helps with breathability and just makes the jacket more comfortable. If you're in the market for something like this, you should consider this--by George, I think you'll like it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Peach mist anorak [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this great lightweight windbreaker in Peach mist .. it's difficult finding really breathable lightweight windbreakers . This is a really nice quality nylon with cute styling ~ I just wish so much that it ran in larger sizes making it roomier and a little longer - It would be perfect !! The XL is a bit on the small side. I usually wear XL or 12- 14 size ~ but it is really nice quality jacket ✨

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wish the Peach Whip were not so transparent! Read the reviews on the prior season and chose a S. I'm usually a size 2/XSP but sized up based on recommendations - fit was great. (Sleeves a bit long for a petite person but I'm used to it.) I LOVE the Peach Whip color and wanted to love the product. BUT the fabric is very sheer and you can see whatever you have on underneath the jacket. Pretty much only the pockets, because they are lined, are not transparent. If you have a dark shirt on underneath, you'll see the contrast between the pockets and the dark underneath so it looks like you have a solid pink rectangle at your waist. Some people are ok with that look - it's just a pet peeve for me personally. I'm thinking about ordering a different color just to see if all other fabrics are as transparent as I really like the jacket design too - it is super light and would be great on an airplane and general travel - just too sheer for my style!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not lined - just a windbreaker I thought that since merino is in the product name and the materials, that it would be lined with wool. It is not. I am disappointed that I asked for this as a present, and it's an expensive windbreaker. The cut is cute, but it's just nylon, with very thin wool accents that do not line the majority of the jacket. This is not cozy or warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent windbreaker Works great for runs on windy days in Illinois (and we know serious wind here). Be aware, this is JUST a wind breaker, I often layer it over something warmer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would buy this jacket again and again and I do! I wore the gorgeous green and red every day this summer alternating because it's cool in the summer when the sun sets. It is so durable and comfy! I tried a L and it didn't look as cute as the XL on me because I like to layer and like.p a longer fit. My only grip is why not a purple and baby blue color. The yellow was the only color I did not buy. Love this jacket for warm days!
