Rated 5 out of 5 by FL Norwegian from Wow!! I've always wanted a pair of duck boots...these boots look high end and stylish and once received, actually exceeded expectations that were very high. They look and feel great. I was worried about the size when I ordered them, thinking perhaps I needed to order a half size larger to accommodate my winter socks [I live in Florida but travel up to the Smokys often]. As it turns out, the boots offer enough extra room for the larger socks ordering to my true size I'm happy to report. They still fit comfortably with normal socks as well. I couldn't be happier. Great design job Sperry!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by TPN from Not waterproof at all I was very excited to get these boots as I personally like the look of these boots better then other duck boots. However, in every other regard these boots are not good at all. As another reviewer stated, they are not even close to being waterproof. I've had them for 1 month and in that time any amount of rain or snow my feet get absolutely soaked. The leather is also not good quality. It feels soft to the touch but has been severally damaged from daily use due to the top most metal eyelets. If you want a quality duck boot that is waterproof keep looking.

I selected these boots over the better-known boot because they were available and I liked Sperry, despite having some quality concerns in the past. These boots fit as expected, offer the perfect amount of room to wear nice wool socks, and are pretty lightweight. They're easy to wear all day long and not suffer from any foot soreness. The problem is that they're not even close to waterproof. I've had these boots for a while now, the problem has persisted since day 1. I just walked to my mailbox and back through 2" of powdery snow, a trip of less than 300'. My socks are completely soaked at the toe, damp down the arch, and the inside of the boot is damp. What good is the fit of the boot if it doesn't function as represented? Onto the wait list I go for a better boot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Racheal A from Poor Manufacturing I purchased these for my husband at Christmas and the thread is not even connecting the center of the boot, it never did...The boot was sent in this condition, no quality Control before it was sent for purchasing. The boot has a large hole from the thread not connected. I'm completely disappointed with Sperry Manufacturing and Quality Control.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Judyurk from WONDERFUL BOOTS! even for a dairy farmer! We love these boots, we are from Wisconsin and wear them in the winter and the summer and we use them on our DAIRY FARM! We have bought these for years and all our workers now have a pair. They are waterproof, withstand the harsh cold, poop and daily dirt. They are very comfortable as well and last for more than one year of daily wear!

These boots were cheaper than anywhere else I looked, I was worried they were going to be bootlegged. But they are the real deal. These are great. Pros: stylish, excellent traction, totally waterproof. Cons: a little hard in the toe area, and a little cold. These suckers don't have Insulation all the way through, so you have to wear a nice thick snow sock I guess. I'll be honest they're my first pair duck boots so maybe they're all like that but I absolutely love them.

A little stiff to start, but once broken in, I can tell they’ll be my go to boot for the fall and winter months here in the Midwest. Length is true to size, and they run a little wide- but my feet don’t mind. A great buy, all-around!

Rated 4 out of 5 by HunterD24 from Great boot but a little big I like everything about the boots, only complaint is it fits a little big. I ordered online so obviously I couldn’t try them on. I ordered a size 11 and knew they were too big to start with but, I wore them about a week and the more I “broke them in” the bigger they felt. I would return them for probably a size 10 1/2 and they would be perfect. Since I’ve already wore them though I’ll probably have to buy more a half size smaller. All together there’re great boots just go a half size small.
