The Spyder Women's Echo Pant is a ski pant for staying dry and warm on the mountain. The magic all starts with 360° stretch EXO SHIELD recycled nylon, featuring 20k DERMIZAX laminate and a durable water repellent finish. Sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo, but what you need to know is it keeps you dry against the wet stuff and moves with you for no restriction. Behind that is an 80g layer of PrimaLoft Silver ECO insulation to warm the soul. Or just your legs. Either way the cold will have a tough time getting you down. Finished with a stretch waist gasket for comfort and down low you've got snow gaiters with gripper elastic and a tough scuff guard on the exterior.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.
Durable Water Repellent
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Extremely warm and comfy[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the predecessor of this pant, the echo gtx. So I will compare the two since I own both. The predecessor (echo gtx) was gortex, 80 grams of insulation and very warm, very slim fit, polyester, and two stretch. The current pants are not gortex, 80 grams of insulation and very warm, regular/relaxed it, nylon, and 4 way stretch. I like the current pant better. The reason I bought the predecessor was that it had 80 grams of insulation, and super warm, not that it was gortex. In fact these pants (both versions) are I think the warmest pants out there. With 80 grams of insulation, I am only wearing them when it is super cold, too cold for rain, and too cold for west snow. So don't miss the goretex. The current pants are nylon, the previous polyester. I prefer nylon as they are smoother and silkier to the touch than polyester. The current pants are 4 way stretch and the previous only 2 way stretch. I don't like feeling confined while doing activities so for me these are stretchier and more comfy, a definite improvement. The fit of the two pants is entirely different. I wear a 6 in the echo gtx, and a size 2 in the echo. So, you will need to downside one to two sizes, depending on how you like your pants to fit. I initially ordered the 6, returned them for the 4, and then returned them for a size 2. All in all, I like the current pant far better.

HOW to MEASURE CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest point, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
SLEEVE: With the arm resting and slightly bent, measure from the center of your back neck, across your shoulder and down the outside of your arm to wrist bone.
NOTES Spyder recommends that if your body measurements for waist and chest result in two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
If your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.
