Rated 4 out of 5 by from I returned for refund, and they sent me a new pair? These shoes are fine, made well, light weight, decent support, but too narrow for my feet. I returned them for a REFUND, and 10 days later I received another pair, same size, same style. It is very difficult for me to return them, since I do not have a printer, and live 1/2 hr from any friend, or store (actually no store) able to print the label. I am writing this in the review, because it is challenging to contact customer service by phone, or e-mail, due to Covid-19 Perhaps they will read this, and send me my Refund, and printed label. I should not have to drive another hour, due to their oversight. Sorry you all had to read this. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I will by this style again I recently had bunion surgery on both feet. I found that the Skechers I was wearing did not have the firm support in the soles of the shoes and after walking on my treadmill or outside I would get horrible aches and pains in my feet under the balls of my feet - dull throbbing aches. I ordered two styles of Tevas. My daughter loves Tevas and said they were very comfortable. I knew they had a firm sole as they were hiking shoes as well. I have tried both pairs on my treadmill and they passed the test! I was so excited and these are keepers. Thank you for making such a great product!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too uncomfortable for hiking daily I really wanted to like these shoes. Not because of how they look but because I wanted a waterproof hiker for daily walks with my dog. These are terrible. Hurt, hurt, hurt!!!! I've never had foot problems but for some reason, after wearing these on hikes around the lake, my right heel hurts terribly. It hurts so bad it seems to make my whole leg ache. I don't understand it. I bought some Dr. Scholl's insoles to provide support and while that makes them better, I still avoid these shoes in fear of aches that make me feel like a little old lady. I'm 50. I wish I could return them. If you take 4-5 mile hikes, avoid these shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly suprised I wasn't sure what to expect from Teva on this hiking/running/walking shoe, but I LOVE the Ember Moc so I thought I'd give it a try. I am pleasantly surprised to say they have a comfortable foot bed, are very light weight and a great "go to" shoe for my daily walks. I'm very happy with the color as well. I did get blisters the first time wearing them out for a walk and have since worked the back of the shoe where the loop is to prevent it from cutting into my tendon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good! I usually use standard running shoes for hikes but decided to try a pair of hiking shoes out. Glad I did! Very comfortable, and helped my confidence on trails. The only thing that worried me is how the shoes slope up in the back up the heel. The highest point rubbed me a bit the first 1-2 times I wore the shoes. After that, I did not noticed any issues (and I've been wearing long socks). No blisters or anything and I did a good hike on the 2nd wear! I've also worn them in shallow water and they did great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Say It isn't So... I was excited to get a 2 nd pair of TEVA'S as my first pair of trail Sandals proved to be awesome. I walk 1-2 miles a day & need the foot bed support. This pair are only "ok." The support is not as good as first pair & not as cushioned. The wear & tear is also a disappointment for the cost. I have to be careful where & when I wear them as little splashes tend to need a deep cleaning. So, would advise to think twice before putting out the cost for Gateway low Griffen. Will try 1 more pair before I say no to TEVA. Thx

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Look good, could use some better insoles I really like the look of these shoes! I got the black pair and I think they're the perfect hybrid shoe for a clean, casual look while still being functional. I waited to write my review because I wanted to wait until I had worn them a few times. I find these are great for me for days when I'm running a few errands, or maybe a quick walk. However, when I tried to wear them for a full day on my feet, I found they didn't offer enough cushion/support and my feet were hurting at the end of the day. I may try different insoles, but for someone who hasn't had to do this for other shoes, it's an unexpected extra cost. Overall, I do like the show-it's lightweight, cute and has a good tread. I just think comfort could be improved a bit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute Shoe But........ I purchased these shoes in black for everyday running around. While they are stylish and my size 11 shoe fit perfectly, I found there to be absolutely no cushion - not even minimal cushion - in the sole of the shoe. A Dr. Scholl foot pad solved that problem. I cannot recommend because I don't believe you should have to "doctor up" this type of shoe for it to be comfortable.

If you are unsure which shoe size to purchase, please follow the below steps:

1. Trace the outline of each foot on a piece of paper.

2. In straight line from the middle of the heel to the longest toe, measure the length of each foot.

3. If one foot is longer than the other, take the larger measurement and compare to the chart on the next page. Foot length will determine your shoe size - round up or down to the closest size within 2mm.
