Body type matters.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course a great quality product. Unfortunately the jacket would only work well with nothing but a t-shirt or long sleeve on underneath. And if I bumped it up a size to fit my chest (42inch) the length and sleeves were too long. The fabric is non stretch unfortunately. And being I wanted to use it while hiking and fishing I didn't want it so tight limiting my mobility. I am 5'8 and 178lbs for those curious.

Wet Through EASLY[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The garment bills it self as the top of the line TNF water proofing gear. I have to say this is just not good. I was out in a short rain storm and it wetted out with in minutes. This was a brand new jacket wear number like 4 from the factory. So this is not a case of it was dirty and needed a DWR refresh. I gave it a cleaning and attempted to refresh the DWR and it still wets through badly.

I hate it[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend brought this home for me, I'm not even paying for it, and I'm making her return it. I would never wear this. It is so uncomfortable. I cannot figure out how this is supposed to be worn. Would the caller open it looks ridiculous, with the collar closed it rides my chin. The hood does not sit flush on the back, it's just sort of crumpled up back there. It doesn't really hang. It's sort of sticks out because it's too short. The material is great. Other than that, I hate it.

Not waterproof[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not waterproof. Very breathable, but completely useless because it lost all waterproof abilities after a few months of light wear.

Almost[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to live this jacket. The quality is second to none, but for the price I think there could be a few improvements. The fit is super boxy & the hood could use a laminated bill. The overall feel of the jacket is much better than me Patagonia or Arc'teryx, but the other two jackets have a better fit and a better hood.

Truly breathable, yet waterproof![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sweat heavily and have tried many different breathable jackets, but non had worked for me. After 9 months of daily usage & dozens of hikes in PNW rain/shine, I absolutely love this jacket!

Probably.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket packs down well and is breathable. Great color. I thought there were going to be under arm zips for increased ventilation, but I guess I imagined this in the product description.
