Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect cold weather coat I am so happy I found this coat! I purchased the black so I can wear it everyday with anything and it looks stylish. I am 5'9"/160lbs and would typically wear a medium. However, because this jacket is a heavier weight and I'll be wearing it on colder days, I purchased the large. The fit is comfortable and somewhat fitted, but doesn't look huge like a lot of the winter coat's I've seen. I've only had this coat for a month and have gotten a ton of use from it. Two negatives that haven't been a deal breaker are that the zipper get's stuck once in awhile and the hood doesn't cover my face as well as I would like if it's pouring rain. But again, I love this jacket and am very happy with the purchase. .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Closest I've found to the perfect Fall parka This is exactly what I was looking for to get through a wet, chilly Fall. I needed something warmer than a raincoat but not as heavy as a down parka for rainy weekend soccer games. This fits the bill! It's waterproof, but doesn't have a stiff, rubbery feel to it. The hood is great and can be removed. Sleeves are long, which is great for me as I am long limbed. The only negative I have is that the fabric covering the snaps pulls open when they are snapped which detracts from the look of the jacket. Since everything else is so perfect it wasn't a deal breaker for me, but this could definitely use improvement!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good quality, so-so fit The Ancha is a well-made coat, good for cold, rainy days. It has good features such as water-repellent fabric, warm lining, zipper pockets including a commuter pocket in the sleeve for your transit pass. However, the fit is a bit odd. It is rather snug around the waist/hips area. I'm fairly petite with a boyish shape and still found it a bit too snug. If you sized up, it would be to big everywhere else. The sleeves are also very long, about 2 inches too long for me. I have to tuck them up. It's a very serviceable coat that can be worn even in colder weather, but I wish it fit better. I think the fit makes it look not very stylish. I also wish it was a little longer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great warm rain jacket I live in the Pacific Northwest and this is an awesome weight for 35-50 and raining. I have been searching for a rain coat that doesn't leave me freezing, and this is it! The lichen color is beautiful. I'm tallish, 5'10'', but with a long torso and arms. The coat doesn't fit great - I got a medium for the arm length and shoulder width, and it's almost long enough in the arms and fits well in the shoulders. It's very baggy around the middle and even the drawstring waist can't fix that. Also - the drawstring hits above my natural waist, so it's just a bit awkward. BUT - it keeps me dry and warm and that was the goal, so it's a total keeper! This is the warmth in a rain jacket I've been searching for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Coat This is my favorite winter coat ever! I got it in the end of spring 2016 and have used it two winters in a row so far! Every year I look forward to wearing it because it is just long enough to have good coverage but not so much where it makes me look like a hobbit, which is easy to do with parkas since I am 5'2". It is stylish and has a slim fit, but the inner insulation is flexible enough to allow layers. It is very warm in Iowa winters and waterproof which is a must. I love how the inside is insulated and the outside is flat so you don't look like a marshmallow. It also has really great roomy and convenient pockets!!! Im so glad they are still selling it because I will always want one in my life! 10/10!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely terrible. I bought this jacket for a winter trip to Northern Europe. I wanted something warm, but appropriate for the city. This jacket has disappointed in just about every way possible. As others have noted, the zipper is cheap and very difficult to work. Additionally, the flap that covers the zipper is held in place with flimsy snaps that come apart at the smallest bit of pressure, like say, putting your hands in your pockets. Additionally, if you want to wear a scarf then forget about zipping it up completely. It's just too tight. Lastly, you can cinch down the hood on the sides, but there is no way to cinch it in back. This means I've been walking around with a hood half over my face for a week. Be warned, do not buy this jacket. You will regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for I was so happy to find this jacket. I wanted one that was longer and one that would repel rain and snow. It fits my needs perfectly. I'm 5'3'', athletic build, and picked the medium jacket. The size and length (meets halfway between my hips and my knees) were perfect and it allows me to move comfortably and wear multiple layers underneath. My only complaint is that the zipper gets stuck easily unless you line it up juust right. But that might be something that could be fixed in the future.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for curvy ladies I am what people would call pear shaped, in that my hipa are bigger than my chest/shoulders. For that reason I ordered a Large. It fit well around my hips, but was too big from the waist and up. The sleeves were past my fingertips and there was just too much bulkiness going on up top. Sadly, I'll need to return. For reference, im 5'5", 170lbs and usually wear a size Medium in TNF jackets.
