Product Reviews
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful coat! Decided to treat myself to a new winter coat and I know North Face is an great brand. I have a North Face rain jacket that is really excellent, so I know this will be too. I'm 5'4 and 148lbs and the large fit great, plus I still have room for a light layer. It's still in the 90's here in North Carolina, so I haven't had the chance to try it out weather wise ( my reason for the four stars). However, it is made really well, slightly fitted, and the fleece inside is so soft! Can't wait for the weather to turn!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sleeves are way too short! I was so excited when I received this as a gift for Christmas. I've had other NorthFace jackets, and they have been wonderful! I wore them until they looked terrible. This jacket is beautiful, soft, lightweight, and warm. However, I am 5ft, and the sleeves are wayyy too short. I can't imagine if I were taller. I'm so upset that I've already taken the tags off, because it is so uncomfortable to keep pulling at the sleeves, and my shirt sleeves are always bunched up above my jacket (see photo). I hate it. I wish I could return it. Don't buy this jacket!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do NOT buy this jacket!! I will be returning this coat to the warranty department in hopes that something can be done. I have always loved all my North Face jackets and had high hopes for this one, too! The fit and style is just what I was looking for. However, every time I wear the coat within minutes my sleeves are working their way out of the coat, and the coat sleeves are moving up my arm. This is with the fleece inside, which is the only way I wish to wear it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sleeves ride up with fleece inside I loved this jacket when I saw it...loved the look and I was going to wear with furry fleece inside and shell outside for a streamline look. I wore one time and had to pull sleeves down as it rode up...even the body of the jacket rode up. I am a fitness instructor and wear athletic clothing so the tops I wear are polyester, thin and smooth. This jacket has a major design flaw of the thick fleece catching on clothing. The fleece needs to be a very thin layer and not furry. Fix this and jacket will sell. I did not want to wear fleece on the outside so it is being returned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and soft Bought this jacket because it's reversible and waterproof which is awesome. The inside is so soft and warm and the outside is stylish. The one con about this jacket is that when it is worn with the fuzzy side in, the sleeves bunch up at the elbow region because the fuzzy material grabs on to the fabric of your shirt sleeves if they are long. It is true to size, but when it is worn with the fuzzy side in it seems a bit smaller than when worn in the reversible way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware Be careful if you purchase this jacket! Upon trying it on, you'll think it fits great...but once you wear it, you will be pulling the sleeves down constantly because they ride up. Customer service will not accept a return because I removed the tags. I'm sending it back through the warranty department hoping for a resolution. I will be very disappointed if something isn't done.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sleeves too short I would not buy this coat again. The sleeves are way too short and I am a small person. ( 5'4"). When I tried it on in the store I loved it, but as you move around the sleeves continue to rise up your arm. If you try to extend your arms out the sleeves creep up also. Hate that I already took tags off and can't return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from PRETTY...BUT, BAD FIT I ordered the Galaxy Purple/Black in a small. I am 5'2 110lbs. The purple is a beautiful eggplant color. The jacket was warm. I wore it in Colorado in 20* & 30*temps. This is where the positive stops with this jacket. The inside/fleece I would not call black. It's more of a charcoal grey. The fleece smells like color dye which is not a pleasant smell. The fit was good with sweaters & sweatshirts underneath. BUT...when you start to move the sleeves ride up your arm exposing your sweater/sweatshirt sleeves. The body of the jacket does the same thing. It starts out at the perfect length, BUT with movement it was at my waste line. I was consistently pulling & tugging on the jacket all day which became extremely annoying. The fleece on the inside is to slick. I would not recommend this jacket to anyone. North Face take this one back to the design room.
