This could have been a great parkaIf The North Face had just not cut some corners, this could have been a great jacket. The fit is odd; if you're tall, with broad shoulders, long arms, and a narrow waist and hips, it's going to be a great fit. For the rest of us, it's narrow at the bottom and tends to ride up with activity. A vent or two would have solved the problem. The sleeves do not have the faux fur lining, so your arms get cold. The hood is not adjustable, so you have to wear a hat and/or gaiter under it to fill up the space. This parka desperately needs a zipper guard; that big, cold zipper touches your face when the hood is up. It just isn't good enough for the price.

Perfect In betweenI LOVE TNF!!! This jacket is exactly what I wanted/ needed. I live in upstate New York and needed a jacket for those chilly fall and spring days where the rain coat isn't warm enough or the down parka is too heavy/ warm. This falls right in between and it's perfect!! I'm 5'5 , 155 lbs, 38B, 39" hips and a large fits me just right. I have a little bit of room when zipped up. If I had a thick sweater or hoodie on it may be a little snug but I'm fine with that or I wouldn't zip up. If it's that cold out time for my parka. It covers my bottom and the pattern is flattening. I'm very happy with my purchase!!!

Very thin jacket[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared different jackets and used the wind/water protection scale and this seemed like it would be a good winter jacket. From the moment I picked up the package I knew I would have to return it. It is SO LIGHT. Like the weight of a hoodie at best so it definitely won't work as a winter jacket. Maybe a spring one since I got the pink color. The color is nice and the fur lining goes down the sleeves but the puffer side adds nothing. I'll return it and try again with a more expensive parka... fingers crossed.

Runs small[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat is really cute, but runs super small! I typically wear an XS is North Face (5'5, 118lbs) so I ordered an XS and it was hard to zip up. I am exchanging for a small and then hopefully will be able to give 5 stars! Otherwise it is very comfortable and cozy and will be great to wear to work or running around town!

Love thisThis jacket is a little snug on the bottom. I would recommend to size up a bit. This is a beautiful, cozy jacket. I was worried that it was going to look boxy and shapeless like the ones displayed on the models in the picture. It is very flattering and not boxy at all! Highly recommend!

on my sweater. The soft side is like being wrapped up in yo[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coat it was a Christmas gift one that I think I will have for a long time. I love that if it's wet outside I have a waterproof outer shell. When I wear a bulky sweater I turn it around and have the waterproof shell on the inside so I have no bunching up on my sweater. The soft side is like being wrapped up in your favorite blanket so comfy. A little pricey but well worth it considering that my previous Northface jackets have lasted four years, I would definitely recommend it to a friend

Worst Jacket Ever!!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A terrible fit it's extremely boxy and the sizing is way off I usually order a XL and it was so tight I couldn't even get it on so got an XXL and it looked like a sleeping bag. The fleece lining sheds like crazy all over my shirt and that was just trying it on.

Nice, but sleeves are short[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is thin/lightweight and amazingly warm. It's a very pretty/slimming jacket as well. My only complaint-I noticed many people said to size up because it runs small. The jacket doesn't run small, the sleeves are just shorter than an average sleeve would be which is annoying. My mom, sister and I all ordered the jacket in size med/large/x-large. The sleeve length is shorter than average (in my opinion) and is the same length on all the sizes. The medium fit me perfectly but the sleeves were too short. So I tried on the large and x-large, the jacket got much bigger but the sleeve length remained the same. I kept the medium and will wear long gloves to make up for the difference. I'm slim on top so this works for me but might not be suitable for everyone.

HOW to MEASURE CHEST / BUST: Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point. Ensure that the tape is horizontal when measuring.
WAIST: Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.
HIPS: Stand with your feet 6" apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.
SLEEVE LENGTH: With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.
FIT TYPES SLIM FIT: Has a close-to-body fit with fair range-of-motion. Jackets are shaped at the waist with moderate body contouring. Can be worn over base layers or light mid-layers.
STANDARD FIT: Fits true-to-size for easy, comfortable movement. Can either have slight body shaping or a straight fit without the shaping. Can be worn over mid-layers.
RELAXED FIT: Has a loose-to-oversize fit, with no shaping, and hangs away from the body. The shoulder may drop below the natural shoulder. Can be worn over heavy mid-layers.
