Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket to the moon and back! I bought this jacket because I am an outdoor tour guide at my college and we get some pretty heavy downpours all the time. I was looking for a jacket that was lightweight and thin as the weather is unpredictable and warm usually. This jacket met all my needs and exceeded them! I love that it covers my hind end very well and the hood stays up even if it is windy and rainy. I bought a size larger than what I usually buy so that I could layer up underneath if it gets cold or just wear a sweatshirt (cause I love sweatshirts). It repels the rain very well and haven't gotten a drop of rain on me since wearing it. It folds up really nicely and looks very sharp even after I take it out of my backpack. Definitely worth the price! Also has long enough sleeves which I loved because I have long arms and finding a long enough sleeved coat is hard!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like it! I really like this coat for all the rain we get in Vancouver. It is completely waterproof and if you run with the hood on, it stays put. The sides are cinched in and it makes it look really flattering so I have worn this jacket out to social events and it doesn't look out of place. I got mine in the navy blue and it's a really deep, dark navy colour that looks good with any colour. Two things I will say as cons are first it says it is a parka but it is only a waterproof shell, it won't provide you with warmth so size accordingly if you want to layer. Two, it runs small. I am 5"8 and weigh 139lbs and I am so glad I ordered the medium (I usually wear small). It fits nicely and I can still have a warm layer underneath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not a fan of the new version I have 2 of the original Resolve Parka and wear them all the time. I just got the new version. This new and improved Resolve II doesn't fit as well. It has side elastic, whereas the original has it across the back. That nipped in the waist better, and it was a more flattering look. Also, the Resolve II does not have the 2-way zipper, which makes it easier to sit in the car. The original has a 2-way zipper. If it's not broke . . . don't fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from s'cute! I'm 5'10 hours glass shape, wear a M/L in tops and 10-12 in bottoms. I got a large and it fits great, arms are long enough. What I think is the best about this is the way the hood tucks in to a perfect collar so it can just be a rain jacket and just a cute throw on jacket when needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this jacket! I'm 5'4" and ~150lbs. I got the L (I like my jackets slightly bigger) and it fits great! I love how the back is a bit longer and covers the booty, too. It's a great color (the olive green) that goes well with everything. Sometimes, when I sit down, the bottom of the jacket folds up a little bit--at the zipper--but this isn't a huge deal...just something I thought I'd note. Very happy with this purchase! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is my second jacket! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second jacket because I loved my first one so much but bright coral color I currently have is not going to work for living in the bush in South Africa! VERY versatile. I wear it with warm layers underneath when it's cold to keep the wind out. It's perfectly light for the warmer times. Compact and easy to pack in luggage! My only complaint with the first jacket is the Velcro on the zipper cover let go a few years into owning it. I hope that doesn't happen with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great for rain and winds I used this during my first 48-hour footrace. On the day of packet pickup, it was pouring and this jacket already went into use. I was bone dry throughout the frigid rain in Las Vegas, NV that afternoon. On race day, we had constant winds and about 35mph gusts. I decided to wear this jacket again and it performed wonderfully. I wore it again during the early morning hours (with temps between 30F thru 40F) to give myself an extra layer of protection from the occasional wind and cold temps. Even with a one-piece fleece onesie under this jacket, I didn't feel like I overheated or felt too constricted. The hood could have used a tightener or some other way to keep it on your head as you are running or when going into a headwind. Otherwise, everything else about the jacket is wonderfully made. I got an XS (I'm 5'1.25" and 119lbs) because of the other reviewers' comments. It fits just right even with my running clothing under the jacket. I do like it a little snug, so that should be an idea of how you want it to fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's just "okay" [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the unique pattern. I am not happy that it feels and sounds like a tarp (that you put under a tent!) It's faded so it looks worn. I don't mind it but not as vibrant as pictured. I'm keeping it as an alternate rain jacket. I sized up (after reading reviews) to Medium (5'3" 137 lbs) and it just fits. I wanted it to be loose so I can fit warm clothes under as it is just a shell but it's just right since the side elastics cinch you up.

HOW to MEASURE
CHEST / BUST: Measure the total circumference of your chest at its fullest point. Ensure that the tape is horizontal when measuring.

WAIST: Place your hands on your hips and bend to the side. The indent on your side as you bend is your natural waist. Measure the total circumference at this point.

HIPS: Stand with your feet 6" apart. Measure the total circumference at the fullest point of your hip.

SLEEVE LENGTH: With your elbow slightly bent, starting at your middle neck bone, measure to the point of your shoulder and down to your wrist bone. Or take a shirt that fits well and take the same measurement.

FIT TYPES
SLIM FIT: Has a close-to-body fit with fair range-of-motion. Jackets are shaped at the waist with moderate body contouring. Can be worn over base layers or light mid-layers.

STANDARD FIT: Fits true-to-size for easy, comfortable movement. Can either have slight body shaping or a straight fit without the shaping. Can be worn over mid-layers.

RELAXED FIT: Has a loose-to-oversize fit, with no shaping, and hangs away from the body. The shoulder may drop below the natural shoulder. Can be worn over heavy mid-layers.
