The Therm-a-Rest Women's NeoAir Xlite Sleeping Pad is an ultralight sleeping pad for outdoor adventures. Backpacking requires you to carry your bed on your back, so why not bring along one that is incredibly light as well as comfortable once you've laid down? The women's version is shorter and warmer than the original, ideal for smaller or colder sleepers. It lifts you two and a half inches off the cold ground using air, inflatable using your lungs or the included pump sack. Constructed using ThermaCapture technology and Triangular Core Matrix construction, radiant heat gets trapped and heat loss is minimized to keep you warmer through the night.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love almost everything about, except the width. the must be one of the lightest, most compact and most comfortable matters i have ever owned. I just wish they consider that not all women are created the same shape. I am 5'3 at 145lb and very wide at the top. the matters at 20in is just a tad narrow. My husband owners the NeoAir Xlite Large, and the width at 25in is perfect. But his mattress is way too long for me. I just wish Therm-a-rest would consider that we are not all equal and some of us are short and stubby .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neo Airs pads are great! I own two. I own two: a Xtherm in regular size, and a Xlite in large. I bought the large because I wanted more width at the shoulders and you didn't offer a regular/wide at the time. The unneeded length adds a few ounces and it takes me 40 breaths to fill. If you offer the Women's Xlite in a wide I would buy a third!!! It would be almost a foot shorter than the Xlite and that would justify buying another. I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs. I'm certain there are many more women out there who would appreciate the comfort of a short, wide pad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I hiked 2668 miles with mine! I bought a women's for my 2013 Pacific Crest Trail thru-hike because of the low weight and pack size and the high R-value. I had previously owned a regular Neo-Air (the rectangular type before they came out with the mummy shape) and was happy with it. I was concerned about bringing my NeoAir through the desert what with all the cacti and Joshua Trees, but it did alright. The first time it got a little hole my friend found it by submersing the mattress near the Deep Creek Hot Springs and watching for bubbles. The patch worked great, and the ease of the repair was heartening. It did develop a slow leak that I suffered with the last 1000 miles of my hike because I couldn't find a hole. That was frustrating. It turns out it was probably a leak at the valve. But by the time I finished my hike, the mattress had served its purpose and it was time to say goodbye. I passed it along to someone willing to clean it and fix the valve. Meaning: these mattresses have an unexpectedly long life (2668 miles/160 days of daily hard use)! And I can vouch that they are hard-working: I was never cold and rarely uncomfortable sleeping on my NeoAir.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WE NEED A WIDE VERSION! Offering this pad in a wide version would undoubtedly make it the most versatile inflatable on the market! Please listen to the people!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hot, Cold; Men, Women; Tall or Short. Everyone wants WIDER! Excellent product. Looking forward to the wider elbow version. Women specific is a marketing gimmick. Look, there's short to tall, thin (cold) to thick (warm). Some have wider shoulders. Everyone wants more elbow width. The NeoAir are the best on the market, but please make a stretched hexagon or lollipop shape.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really wish TR would make this in Wide! I'm quite petite and even I appreciate a 25in pad so my arms don't slip off and fall asleep. Honestly not sure how larger folks deal, but the main reason I'm a huge TR fan is the frequent "regular/wide" availability, just want it to be extended to this product for women! The ultimate dream for me would be "short/wide" for comfort. As it stands, I usually have to butcher my sleeping pads to achieve the dimensions that suit me best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stephanie Woltman I've owned this sleeping pad since 2017 and have slept countless nights on it so I can confidently say it is an amazing piece of gear. I've taken it backpacking in Iceland, Scotland, the Rocky Mountains, and in my own backyard in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. It packs down incredibly small and provides great comfort for back and side sleepers. I have boney hips and I still find it okay to sleep on my side. I've also used this winter camping and have yet to be cold - I've used it alone on nights that go down to -15C and have paired it up with a radiant heat pad (or Z Lite) on nights that dropped down to -30C. I would highly recommend this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and easy to inflate [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product due to the light weight and high R-value. It is not as light/small as the Thermarest's Uberlite, but I wanted something that would keep me warm in case of cold. I have not had the chance to test it in the cold since it is summer, but it is comfortable and not too noisy. I also like that they offer a women's version since I get to save some size/weight because it is shorter. The valve also makes it easier to inflate since air only goes in and not out - you don't need to rush to inflate it or cap it, and it deflates quickly with the turn of the neck of the valve.
