Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size small is able to hold a 15 inch 2018 Macbook Well structured bag, has two large compartments that can hold a computer in each. The zippered computer compartment in the back can snugly fit a 15 inch pro although I wouldn't put the computer there because the zippers had a hard time zipping around the corner. The interior laptop pocket is just a perfect size for this laptop but with no room for any computer sleeve. I wanted a small size bag and this one surprisingly holds a 15 inch MacBook. The bag works well as a briefcase and it doesn't tilt when carrying it by the top handle. The bag sits on the ground if u put enough books or binder to balance the weight of the computer. Very sleek overall and holds two computers, a ringed binder, two document size books and an ANC headphone case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best little bag I've ever bought! I was looking for a Timbuk 2 bag that was smaller than my original Commute Messenger bag and decided to try this one out. I have to say I couldn't be happier. This bag is so small but packs so much! I am able to put my MacBook Pro, iPad, and all their cables including papers and such to grade. I can't believe this bag has so much room, out of the bag it doesn't seem like much would fit but it does! I love the color, makes it look professional yet stylish. A big plus this time around is that there is less velcro which made me happy. The only negative would be I wish it had a holder for a pen or two, but that is an inconvenience that I have worked around. Thank you Timbuk 2 for making so useful bags to carry around our lives in!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Professional Messenger This bag takes the durability and functional design the brand is known for and puts it into a smart, clean, professional look. At first I was skeptical about the lack of several zippered compartments to hold all of my pens, pencils, dry-erase markers, etc., but now find that I am better organized with less places to forget them. I did get a couple of different-sized pencil cases, but these easily fit into the several larger open compartments and I now prefer the versatility and simplicity in storing small items in this way. I'm well into middle-age and the conservative, sharp appearance of the bag appeals to more than the sporty logos, webbing, zippers, reflective material, etc. of earlier models. I constantly carry folders, copies, and books as well as a laptop, raincoat, and thermos--this bag is able to hold a lot of stuff as needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solves a lot of problems but not all of them I am using this as my primary bag. It needs to hold lots of small organizational and personal items, not just over-sized files and electronics I need for court. I looked for a while for a replacement for an old Tumi bag that had worked out great for a long time; this bag was as close an analog as I could find. I really miss the organizational elements of Tumi bag but love the rest of bag. I just wish it had a few more small pockets and organizational features.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice bag Very nice bag and a great size. Could use more organization for small items. Would also like grippy material on strap pad. Current material slides off any nylon type coat making it a challeng to keep on your shoulder. Otherwise very satisfied with purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Traveling is a tech disaster Purchased the "small" size, fits a 13" laptop perfectly and has plenty of space overall. Initial impressions are that it is well made, although concerned about the plastic clips for the shoulder strap. However, it does not have "great organization." This bag only has a series of full case sized slots, with very little in the way of internal pockets for cables, chargers, batteries, etc. For commuting, where I mostly have a laptop and papers, not cables and chargers, it is a nearly perfect bag. For travel, it quickly turns into a jumbled mess of technology. And I travel tech light, with just a phone, laptop, headphones, and related chargers/cables/dongles, and a battery. It desparately needs a couple additional internal pockets to manage today's technology clutter along with the miscellaneous small items we all have (pens anyone?).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice messenger type computer bag This bag rocks - space for a couple of laptops I sometimes need to carry (plus all cables etc), not bulky (I got medium), lots of pockets and compartments. Looks very cool too. I was looking around, and bought a few bags, but this one finally made it for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Far So Good This is my third Timbuk2 bag (and I still have them all). I started with a large 17" TSA compliant bag, went to a medium 15" bag and now have a 13" MacBook so I went with a small bag. I am on the road almost every week so this bag will get some mileage on it quickly. This style actually seems to hold more than my 15: bag. It's not as deep nor as wide but the body can hold everything I need. I do use Packit cubes for most stuff so its sort of organized. I really like the rollaboard sleeve (major selection factor for me) so it can sit on top of my 4-wheel roll-a-board. It just feels sleeker than my other bags. I have found the Napolean pocket is more accessible than them in my other bags. I expect I will keep the laptop in the internal space and use the external laptop pocket for my iPad and Kindle. We will see if that holds as I use it more. I do wish it had some more internal pockets for pens and stuff. I'll figure out how I want to handle that. Maybe just carry a pencil case.
