Near perfect and bigger than it looks online
Generous size: This is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Once you undo the compression straps and unroll it, there's another several inches of bag! Surprise! I am transitioning from a Timbuk2 biking backpack and my main concern was space, but I'm not worried about that anymore. Strap: I like the built-in shoulder strap, though it wouldn't be good for carrying it long distances. Weight: The bag is much lighter than most panniers. Style: I really like the trunk style because it's balanced on top of the bike rack, instead of hanging off one side. The velcro straps are easy to use--but make sure you have enough clearance between the bottom of your rack and the top of your tire or fender. I can barely get it on and off my rack (which Timbuk2 Hayes Valley gave me for free!), so am searching for a rack with more height because I don't want to give up the bag! Pockets: None of the pockets stretches very much, which makes it hard to get things in and out. I wonder if this will improve over time. I really like Timbuk2's stretchy yet retaining mesh material for external water bottle pockets on backpacks; using this material instead of the bag material for the side pockets would be a vast improvement. At least there are 3 pockets, which most panniers couldn't claim. Loops for blinky lights: These need to be bigger in order to be useful. I couldn't fit my standard-size Planet Bike rear light through and had to work at bending another rear light with rubber straps to get it to fit. Overall: Fabulous bag at a fair price!

almost, but not quite
Seems great in some ways - little pockets for little things, transfers on the bike and to shoulder strap are easy, but it's so floppy on the bike that it falls over sideways. I want it to have more structure, attach more securely, or otherwise not endanger my stuff on a rack.

Nice bag but needs a little more thought
I bought this bag to use for errands that require items to be kept cold. That it does. The problem for me is that the straps are too short to reach around my rack. It has a very narrow base and consequently short straps. I have to place the bag diagonally to strap it down. To avoid a return, I contacted customer service and they said they would look into it. After several days, the offered solution was to give me a piece of Velcro to make up the needed length. I'm probably sending it back.

This bag originally that I have in a black color is much more functional. Bring back the old system that had easy access external pocket, bigger slot to attach a rear bike light, stretch type fabric to accommodate a water bottle on the outside or other item, better feel quality of the outside and inside fabric.
