Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice bag but i have also suffered from a broken clip I bought this bag about 2 months ago as a commuter pack for daily use in rainy Bergen Norway. The bag itself (as in the textile) has held up very well and it keeps all of the contents dry and safe. However i just noticed that the buckle for the top closure has broken. I figured everyone else was being rough with their bags and this wouldnt happen to me but ive been very gentle. My bag is as clean as day one, it is not abused in the slightest. I only use this bag to go to and from work with the occasional errand in between. Given everyone elses complaints with the buckle i think its time Timbuk2 upgrades to metal clasps and closures and gives up on this cheap plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Timbuk2 Pack I've Owned So Far I've owned quite a number of Timbuk2 packs over the years with varying success on the sizing - usually too small to handle my max capacity commute. With the Tuck I've been extremely impressed so far. I'm constantly amazed by everything I can fit in it - I was hesitant at first thinking it may not be up to the task of hauling my lunch, gym clothes + shoes, laptop, power cord, notebook, and coffee mug. But somehow it fits it all while managing to not be bulky. Super satisfied and LOVING the simple/clean design. Highly recommend and would buy again. I've also gotten quite a few compliments along my travels with it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice-looking but not good if you need a lot of organization Overall, this is a stylish, lightweight bag. I enjoy it for the most part. There are a few areas where it didn't live up to expectation: -The "anti-authority pocket" is much too small and isn't good for anything but your keys or something else that's tiny. Even a regular-size wallet would have trouble fitting. I was hoping it would be a good security/secret pocket but since it's so small, I can't fit anything more than some wrapped up earbuds. -It would definitely be nice if it had some more pockets. -More organization possibility on the inside. Right now, it's mostly just a burlap sack - just pack stuff on top of each other. It would have been nice to see a lot more organization on the inside instead of just mostly a big hole to stuff into.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy to have this forever I got this bag for my commute walking 30 min to work and also to double as a gym bag. Theres plenty of room for everything without looking like you're going on an overnight camping trip while walking around the city. The laptop compartment in the back is so nice since my gym clothes and lunch don't have to intermingle. I love that there are two side compartments so I can have water in one and coffee in the other. Bottom line...this bag is equal parts stylish and functional. I didn't want to get a super expensive leather bag that I would be throwing around and putting my lunch in. Would 133% buy again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the look, hate the quality I really love Timbuk2 bags and the look of this one is one of my favorites. But I can't really recommend this bag for daily commuting use. I use it 5 days a week and about 3 times a week, I'll walk about 4-5 miles with it in NYC. In a few months of owning this one, (like a lot of owners here) the buckle will break. I have a replacement buckle but I don't know how to sew it on. After another few months, the threads on one of the zippers started to come off and one side of the zip is open. I think I speak for a lot of owners that if the build quality was improved, I would gladly pay more money for it. It's a really nice bag. But it's just not durable to handle the 5 days a week, heavy commute.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke after a week of use I love the style, color, but after a week of very light and careful use, the plastic lock mechanism broke off. Not even sure why. I heard a little plastic piece fall off, picked it up, not sure where from the bag it came from. I just knew it came from the bag, until I unlocked it and found where the pice came from. I like this product, but I thought it was a waste of money since I had t pay duty for it, and it broke off that easily after a week of very light use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Backpack Changed My Commuting Life! I need a bag to hold a lot of items for a daily commute since I moved to Trinidad. I have gone through so many totes but came across this bag online. It's been a few months so far and I am shocked at how amazing this backpack is. It took a beating during the heavy rainfalls and everything inside was dry. It's able to hold a lot of items and still feel comfortable to wear. Never thought a backpack would change my life. One amazing product, definitely will be buying more from Timbuk2. Quality is off the charts. I only wish this bag had a bit more pockets but other than that its a game changer for me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great bag but clip has broken 3 times in less than a year I like almost everything about this bag. Doesn't get dirty. Somewhat waterproof. Big and room for my computer when I need it. Looks nice. Great pockets. But the clip on the front has broken 3 times in less than a year. Each time, I go into the store and they can never put a new one on right so they give me a brand new bag. And that is great, I'm glad they have that service, but it's a real hassle to even have to go in and get that replacement. Something about the clip is just not made right unfortunately. Wish I could have gotten one with just a zipper.
