Needs Contoured Straps[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the design of this bag and the bright colors. I liked the cinch top that could expand. This pack can hold a lot for being a small bag. I ended up returning it though because the straps were uncomfortable. They stuck out straight from the side of my body and then "cut into" my arms while wearing. I wanted it for commuting and daily use. Perhaps the straps just needed to be broken in, but at the same they are relatively straight instead of contoured like others on the market.

Meh[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for work and it does the trick, but it could be better.
Pros: big enough for my 13" laptop, water bottle, wallet, a cosmetics bag, a couple thin folders, and a book.; looks nice; good size for me (I'm female, 5'6")
Cons: too unstructured for me - I have a hard time getting my laptop in when the back of the pack keeps bending, and it's kind of floppy when I set it down on the floor.
- The laptop padding isn't great. If there's something at the bottom of the bag, sometimes the laptop gets stuck on it and won't slide down all the way unless I stick my arm in there and move the obstruction. Wish the laptop padding was more like Northface backpacks
- The water pockets are stiff as a board and it takes some work to get my metal bottle in there. Since it isn't a stretchy mesh thing, the water bottle takes up space on the inside of the bag.
- Straps are too thin and not padded. Not a huuuge issue for me since I only wear the pack for ~1 hour and take it off at work/home, but I don't see how this can be comfortable for more than a couple hours
Overall, it's an okay bag. Not bad enough for me to return it but I would get a different one if I went back in time.

Great day pack or light commute[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this bag and got to use it walking around in the city. Pros looks nice zippers and fabric are of high quality. Although not waterproof it does hold up in light rain. Cons water bottle holder is extremely small and eats into backpack space when used. Not a lot of organization and laptop sleeve can barely fit my surface book 2 13.5” with laptop sleeve. I really like the style of this backpack i think it’s best suited for a light day trip maybe if you have a really light laptop or larger tablet. There’s no chest buckle to assist with heavier loads. Size is about 16L you can squeeze a lot Into it if you try but If you have big bulky items they will dig into your back. My main use for this is for a light day trip my iPad 10.5 with keyboard an e-reader a small tech pouch for cables and AirPods and sometimes a small camera cube to bring my mirrorless camera.

Hiking & Everyday[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this backpack for my son for Christmas. Originally got it for a hiking backpack because it can hold more than many lightweight hiking backpacks. He hasn't hiked with it yet, but he takes it everywhere he goes packs it full of stuff. He loves it.

Well built and beautifulI have been used this bag for a month now, I'm very happy with it. Aside from the beautiful colour schemes, the bag is well constructed with heavy duty zips, I know it will last a very long time. The bag is highly adjustable too!

Solid day and city back[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Back pack is good. I like the big pocket on the inside for computer, books and other gear. Wish the side pockets we're bigger. Great material upper and lower.

Great design and materials!I bought this as a present and the person who got it really liked it. We though it was smaller than we expected but for the purposes he wanted it, it will work.

Your go-to every day bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I bought this a month ago and am so happy that I did..."
Jokes aside, I don't regret this purchase at all. The quality in the material and workmanship is there and the design is well worth your money.
One of the main reasons I bought this bag in the first place. I was going from this massive 45L bag that honestly allowed me to bring everything I needed and then some, but it was large and bulky and incredibly heavy to lug around day to day.
Despite only being a 16L bag, the drawstring opening really allows you to pack a lot in there
The design of this bag allows you to fold it town and secure it with the straps on the side to maintain that compact design. Additionally, it makes it feel like the bag sort of 'hugs' your back which makes carrying stuff decently comfortable.
A little on the small side, but I knew this going in and purchasing it. As a college student that packs light, I can fit my laptop, all the cables and notebooks I need for the day without any issue. However, if I were to be going on say an extended trip somewhere or a flight to another city, I would probably bring another bag.
The back and the straps have minimal padding, which means carrying heavy stuff for long periods of times puts quite a bit of stress on yours shoulders/back. However, because of the size, you probably wouldn't be bringing too much heavy stuff anyways.
