Information Collected from Users
Mountain Steals collects the email address of Users that email a question or comment to Mountain Steals or submit a customer review.
Mountain Steals collects the billing and shipping addresses, including relevant e-mail, phone and credit card numbers and expiration dates of Users who purchase a product from Mountain Steals through the Site. This includes Users who register to become Mountain Steals members and those Users who enter any Mountain Steals contests or other promotional features available on the Site.
Through the use of "cookies" (for more information regarding cookies, see below), Mountain Steals may collect and store anonymous information relating to Users' browsing patterns, including, for instance, the User's browser version, site referral information, IP address, operating system, and other technical Site use information.

Mountain Steals is not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure of information collected through other web sites, and Mountain Steals expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such collection, use, or disclosure.
The MountainSteals.com Site is not directed towards children less than 13 years of age, and Mountain Steals does not knowingly collect any information from children less than 13 years of age through the Site.
Sale or Acquisition
In the event that another company acquires Mountain Steals or all or part of its assets, we reserve the right to include Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
Applicable Law/International Issues
If you want to text with us, we will collect your mobile phone number and use it for the purposes described below. If you agree, we will send you account related messages or information concerning products or services that we believe you will find valuable. Also, if you agree, we may share your mobile number with third parties who will only text you with information about products.

Frequency of Texting Alerts: you can expect to receive marketing texts twice per month. You can expect to receive order tracking/account information texts only when you specifically request it during the ordering process on MountainSteals.com.
Pricing (Standard/Other Rates Apply). Check your cell phone plan for any text message fees your provider may charge. If you are uncertain of your text message plan, your carrier will likely charge you 10 cents per message, all of which you are responsible for paying.
