Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not too hot not too cold I recently purchased this too keep me warm while on campus at Kansas State as well as for a backpacking trip this November in North Carolina. So far it's been great keeping me warm as the temp gets cooler but doesn't make me drenched in sweat by the time i get to class. Breathable and not too heavy, glad I bought the lightweight one as it is definitely thick enough paired with a tshirt underneath in 40- 50 degree weather. Expect it to be perfect with a thick long sleeve once the winter sets in with 0-20 degree weather. I am a 5'5 130lb girl and bought the men's medium because the women's are made slightly too fitted for me to be comfortable on a long hike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable, but major shedding issue! I have this in violent turquoise with navy blue trim. It's big and roomy, as well as warm and toasty, however I canNOT get it to stop shedding! I have washed it in warm water and cold water, I've air dried it, I've let it hang, I've worn is out and about, I've worn it while being active but I still CAN NOT GET IT TO STOP SHEDDING! And it's shedding tiny turquoise fluffs everywhere I go! It gets on and sticks to everything! I'm beginning to wonder if it's just my jacket as I've not seen anyone else with this problem. But I do love the jacket and would probably wear it all the time if it would stop this shedding business!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and bound to last Wasn't expecting much from the "lightweight" version of the original Patagonia Synchilla but in comparison, it is the same thing for a cheaper price! (compared to my regular Synchilla),,,,It's still warm enough as a fleece or second layer for colder climate and yet cool enough it would seem for the up and coming Spring.,,,,The patterns are definitely trendy in college where everybody has one.,,It fits well true to size, maybe a little smaller. ,,Either way, would definitely size up (if between sizes like me) since it is regular fit and can be snug.,,,,LOVE the Neplai Dhoti pattern way and so glad I made the gamble for the lightweight synchilla!,,

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for layering or crisp fall/spring days I have a handful of different Patagonia pullovers that vary in their thickness and this is definitely the lightest (it is a lightweight after all). It's great for throwing on over other long sleeves in cooler weather but works fine on its own when it's not overly cold/windy. The color of the Tobago blue is very bold and has that 80s retro look that is super popular right now. My only complaint is that even after several washes the blue is still shedding on backpacks/seat belts etc. I've never had this problem with any of the Better Sweater or women's re-tools; not a major concern. The men's sizing runs much bigger than the women's--a men's medium fits similarly to a women's XL if you're comparing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy It I have had over a dozen Snap-Ts since they came out many years ago. Why so many? Several reasons: they are very portable, you can pack them into anything, they are warm, but not too warm, and I keep several different colours at different locations to insure there is one when I need it! One of the biggest reasons I have had to keep buying them is, they don't "wear out" and people keep helping themselves to my Snap-Ts! When a client is cold, I can toss one to them (and hopefully get it back). Unfortunately, that doesn't always happen. The design has been excellent, please don't change it! Only the colours!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect...I could live in this one! Don't let the "lightweight" scare you away! First of all, in terms of performance, this is a true heavyweight. Fit is great...just relaxed enough to get over a shirt or t-shirt. Construction is spot on....what Patagonia piece isn't? Comfort....feels like a trusted, well-worn pullover right out of the box. The "lightweight" portion makes this piece even better because when you move inside, you don't feel like you're going to spontaneously combust! Great for spring/fall conditions and even fairs well in our whimpy South Carolina winters. My only regret is that I currently only own one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lush - Versatile - Sexy Patagonia is the best. Fact.,,,,Synchillas are perfect for nearly any situation. Fact.,,,,If you're going back and fourth between this, let me be the one to push you fourth. You will not be disappointed. Know that they do run big. I'm normally a men's medium, and the small fits me like it was hand tailored to my soul. Just enough tension on the wrists and waist... it's perfect. ,,,,Click "buy" knowing that when you slip it on for the first time, you'll be smiling for as long as you have it on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing Fleece I previously owned a half zip Patagonia fleece for several years and decided it was time to invest in a new one and I wasn't disappointed. The Snap-T is awesome, I love it, it's perfect for colder weather to casually wear around and works great with almost everything. It's perfect to wear anywhere, and it can be worn in warmer temperatures as well. The only thing I would have to say I dislike about this product is that there are no pockets besides the one front pocket on your chest. It would be nice to have some side pockets or a middle pouch for your hands when it's chilly outside, but other than that it's perfect and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to buy one. I'm an average size, 6 foot exactly about 160 pounds and a medium fits me perfectly.
